• $76,000 - $78,000 base salary + Superannuation 
• Rotational Roster – 3.30am Closes – 5 shifts per week

Job Description: 

• Be a motivational leader
• Drive and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience 
• Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, rostering and assisting guests
• Bring your passion for good food 
• Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
• Gaming Management 
• Daily management Reporting 
• Cash Handling
• Stocktake

Requirements: 

• Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
• Highly developed customer service skills
• Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications. 
• An Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming for NSW is preferred, not essential!
• Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gaming
